Product Description
Based on the laws of physics in which the density of a fluid expands temperature change. This same principle is used in the Galileo Thermometer,which contains several hand-blown glass spheres finely calibrated and fitted with a metal medallion to indicate the temperature . The weight of each sphere varies slightly and as actual room temperature fluctuates, the multicolor glass spheres will rise or fall. If the temperature in the room decreases, the spheres will rise and likewise if the temperature increases the spheres will fall. The lowest sphere within the group floating at the top of the thermometer indicates the current temperature. It is functional and attractive desk accessory.
